Vette Doctors in NY gets a big fat F in my book. Been trying to get in touch to set up an appointment for some little work and a tune for my 2000 SS, for over a month, but I can't even get the time of day. I've been promised a call back numerous times, and never received one. Every time I call, they express interest in the job then say they'll call in a day or two, and never do. Apparently if you don't have a Corvette, you're not worth their time and your money isn't good enough.

Either way, if they didn't wanna do the job or were too busy, I would've appreciated being told that upfront instead of a false promise for a call back 4 times. Absolutely terrible customer service. Funny thing is, the car was originally tuned there too.

This is a long time complaint from f-body guys but to be honest they do excellent work and its worth the extra effort. ITs one of those things that once you are a customer of theres they will do anything for you but your best bet is to just go there in person. They are a top notch shop

Btw I am not one of there customers but they do all the work on some friends cars and they are all very happy with the work.

I was told he had closed a month or 2 ago. Now I have heard he is back tuning now and has a new number.
