Hello everyone,

I have an LQ4 that I'm attempting to make look a bit more oldschool for a '37 Chevy. I have noticed a lot of guys have clean valve covers, but my valve covers have an oil fill on the passenger side and another hole on the passenger side.

How do I relocate these two things? Where are they located on other cars so that they can have unobstructed valve covers.

Here's a picture of valve covers that look like mine.

They are all in that location. A lot of aftermarket valve covers don't have the plastic tube, just a small screw on cap that looks better. Unfortunately, there is no other way to get oil into the engine. You could maybe fabricate a tube to the valley cover, but the majority of it is under the intake and I would imagine the tube would be so small and long, it would take a week to change the oil.

Oh, I see. I guess maybe some of the other ones I saw were removable coil covers with the fill tube underneath.

How about the tube on the passenger side that goes up to the top of the intake. I'll be changing to a single plane intake and because it is going into a '37 Chevrolet I won't have worry about emissions if that is what it pertains to.

Thanks,
Brandon
