Default Secondary Fuel Pump on PCM

I was residing my ecu and was wondering if there is any way to use the secondary fuel pump control (for trucks with dual tanks) to come on when it sees 100% TPS...
I did a search but didn't see any info anywhere on ls1tech or even the performance trucks website.
Sorry if this is the wrong section, it's one of my first actual tech related posts.

PSi know I can just wire a Hobbs Switch, but figured it'd be more reliable if it was PCM controlled

Thanks.
