Anyone using an alternater along with a motor plate? Currently, my gm style alt. is on the lower left, but will hit the motor plate...needs to go up top I assume, but need a new bracket. Thanks for any advice. Chuck

Should mention, use an electric pump, alt. is the only item running off the crank.

You can use the bmr bracket if you mill it down whatever thickness the motor plate is. Then trim the plate to clear the alternator.

I currently have a bracket similar to theirs and that is what I figured I would have to do...looks like it may take a big chunk from the lower part of the motor plate though. Thanks, Chuck

Fire hawk, that is what I'm looking for! Is that a KTS plate by any chance? Also, I run the ATI damper with the built in pulley...by any chance is that your setup? Thanks, Chuck
