Wheels & Tires - Advice for Firehawk rims

I have a 2001 Firehawk and I have a question about rims that I hope someone can answer. Will 18 x 9.5 with a +40mm ofset fit my car. If they do not, couls you tell me what options that I am looking at? Thanks.
