Okay here we go... I am including two links with short video to see if anyone can help me figure out what and why my car is doing this. I recently rebuilt the engine in this car. The engine is solid and was running fine until today. I installed a new fuel filter took it for a test spin and it died on me and can not get it running again. It acts like a crank no start but both the CMP and CKP are brand new. I am getting proper fuel pressure at the rail. please watch the videos any help is much appreciated.

seems like your having a fuel delivery problem double check the fuel filter installation,or your motor could be flooded, try pushing down on the gas pedal while you crank the engine it should shut down the injectors temporarily then try to start again like normal...best of luck to you.

The fuel filter only goes on one way but I will pull it back off and check for debris. I am getting 58 lbs of fuel pressure at cranking...

Did you get to check if the fuel filter is clogged.
Make sure all your grounds are secure? Silly but might be possible since you did just re install the motor that one of grounds are loose?

Fuel filter is brand new.... installed it before I started to drive it... Vehicle started plenty of times before this happened...

So after spending a few moments diagnosing further I found out it was not the VATS.... It only took spraying some berrymans B12 in the intake and the car started right up.. So this means the fuel pump is going south... Basically fuel pump is putting out proper pressure but not enough volume.....

If you have 58psi at the rail right before starting you have enough pressure to start and run. I don't think your injectors are working..........
Could be the Crank Shaft Position sensor.
