Generation IV Internal Engine - 4.165 piston to suit RHS???

Who makes a 4.165 piston for a 6.125 rods in either 4, 4.100 or 4.125 strokes???
I could only find one Wiseco piston but it has -20cc dish...

I want an RHS block in 4.165 bore but am struggling to find pistons to suit...
