Tools & Fabrication - Torque wrench

Looking for a good 1/2 and 1/4 drive torque wrenchs, As I live in japan for now I need to know which brand is good/affordable? Anyone have any experiance with some that keep true to their settings?

none keep their setting if used constantly, they will need calibrated atleast once a year in my opinion regardless.

i would trust craftsman, snap-on, matco or mac. i have a craftsman and a snap-on and dont have any issues with either.
