Can someone help me. I have a problem. the front vents are not Blowing out any air. should be 3 little hoses

Yes, that is for sure your problem if you have not fixed it already. One line goes to the intake, one to the vacuum canister, and the functional one you are interested in goes to the HVAC inside the car. See here for some diagrams:
