Mild LY6 Power Potential with boost?
so im trying to decide which junkyard motor is right for me im liking the ly6 because the 6.0 bore with l92 heads factory heres my plan
Speed Density Tune/E85
Junkyard LY6
LS9 Headgaskets
ARP Head Studs
ARP Rod Bolts
LS7 Lifters
Comp Valve Springs
Custom Grind Boost Cam
Edelbrock Intake Manifold w/ fabricated elbow
102mm throttle body
120# injectors
all of that with an s475 turbo im just looking for the MAX power this motor can take hoping in the 750 ballpark i know the rods are the weak point but has any one pushed one this far? people are making 600+ wheel from a 5.3l and HP magazine did 1200 from a 4.8 with mild mods i cant see why 750-800 wheel couldnt be done from a 6.0 w/ l92's on e85 with a perfect tune all i really need is about 700 to get it where i want it to be but more would be nice and i have to run stock bottom end internals and a production head so im stuck with stock guts

Horsepower depends on your $.
Pistons, rods, heads, cam and valvetrain and im sure you can push out around 1k hp.
Whats your goal for this engine? Track? Dyno queen? Or a very fun street car?
700 whp is very obtainable with pistons, rods and some boost.
