What are you guys putting in the hole where the map sensor goes on the front of the intake so that it does not blow out under boost?

Ive used an 1/8 npt plug threaded into it on an LS1, Im assuming that would work.

My question to you is: Where are you putting your map sensor? I was just planning to extend the harness and run the map sensor in the front of the intake where there is a provision for it rather than plug the hole.

Same thought I had... hope your not drilling a hole in rear of intake to install map in stock ls1 location... that would be just assinine.:corn:

blow through the hood??? pretty sure that wouldnt happen even if it came out. If you arent using it and dont want to thread something in it, just machine a flanged plug with an oring groove and clamp in the hole
