Bought this about 2 months ago and decided I'd be better off with a 80/120/160 GB hard drive iPod as my music collection is getting bigger by the day and I don't use the apps on the iPod much.
Has the newest software on it and besides a few scratches on the back its in perfect shape. Free from screen defects as well as free from any functional defects.
