Default Piston confusion Help please

I have a 6.0L iron block out of a truck. I am unsure of the year but it is LS platform. The engine was low mileage with upper engine fire. I salvaged the block and had it bored .30 over. I now need to get the pistons for it. I plan on using a stock replacement since I will not be adding any nitrous or super charger to the mix. I had the stock crank polished and will be reassembling it with LS3 heads and LS3 intake.

My problem is: I called summit racing and they guy answering the phone was very helpful but he kept lacking the confidence that the pistons he picked out were right. I tried speaking with someone twice before i gave up. I dont want to order the wrong pistons and have them for an older GM 350. Can anyone help me pick out for a stock 6.0L iron block that has been bored .30 over. I need pistons and rings for my machine shop to finish their work on my motor.

Thanks.

I would look into aftermarket pistons. With the ls3 heads, you won't be able to run much of a cam without valve reliefs in the pistons.

Wiseco and Diamond have many choices right off the shelf in 4.030 pistons.

I have a cam from a Mallett corvette. I have no clue what the specs are. Does anyone think I will have an issue with PTV clearance? I figured the cams were mild.
