just replaced plugs and msd coil, msd opti, and msd wires..
but it supposedly still doing it...
the below is messed up, we temp fixed it.
would un-metered air going into the tb from a hole in the below cause this?

You either have to buy an ALDL cable and download a scanner software like Freescan or Datamaster or go get an expensive scanner/code reader like the Actron 9185 (about $250). 95 F Bodies are the GM Mutants. They put OBD2 plugs onto the cars and left the OBD1 computers in them. Thus, your average autoparts store can't pull the codes for you. Dealership should be able to pull for you.

check for burnt wires and have the ICM tested... make them test the ICM several times in a row. if it fails once get a new one...
check for burnt wires first... being it does it up hill tells me a wire is moving and touching the header/manifold...
