Any engine codes?

When it starts missing, try unhooking the o2 sensors. They could be going bad. Also, check the coolant temp sensor in the water pump. That and a faulty knock sensor can both cause spark retard.

You either have to buy an ALDL cable and download a scanner software like Freescan or Datamaster or go get an expensive scanner/code reader like the Actron 9185 (about $250). 95 F Bodies are the GM Mutants. They put OBD2 plugs onto the cars and left the OBD1 computers in them. Thus, your average autoparts store can't pull the codes for you. Dealership should be able to pull for you.

check for burnt wires and have the ICM tested... make them test the ICM several times in a row. if it fails once get a new one...

check for burnt wires first... being it does it up hill tells me a wire is moving and touching the header/manifold...
