Default Bad vibration

I have a 94 formula with an automatic transmission, has a bad vibration that i first noticed around highway speed and thought was a u joint...i checked both u joint and the seem fine...then i reved the car up in park to around 2500 rpm and found the vibration again, any ideas on what the cause could be?

No I've had the car for over a year, I just put a transmission in it and it did this, it does it sitting still just not as bad, kinda stumped me, maybe a motor mount? Enless the torque converter is outta balance? Could it be a bent flex plate?
