Default black halos installed...need some help

before installing the new headlights i ran a bead of silicone around the outside edge and my dumbass missed a spot and i got a little moisture inside the passenger head light. how do i go about to evaporate the moisture so i can put moer silicone on it where i missed it? the headlights have drain plugs and what have you but it seems like not enough air? is getting in to evaporate the moisture. can i put a blow dryer against one of those holes without damaging the headlight?
thanks fellas...just need some ideas.

just drive around with the headlights on, the heat from the bulb will help make the condensation evaportate out of the vent hole.

take those rubber elbows off the back and they will open up the holes.Mine were condensating and that took care of mine.
