The car is pewter, grey interior. 6 speed, has 140k on the odometer. The engine was rebuilt around 110k miles, and has a new rpm stage IV transmission with 6k miles on it. It has all receipts, adding up to around $16000. Very clean, never been wrecked, no dents or pings, clean carfax and title.
Very subtle mods.. exhaust, intake, twin disc clutch, ls6 cam and intake, and a few suspension mods. Car got repainted a couple of years ago and was done very good.
What would this car sell for?
What would be a quick selling price and a higher end.price?

Buyers will look at www.kbb.com and other pricing guides for fair pricing. It looks like the car would sell for about $8,000 for that 'quick' sale you mentioned and wishful thinking would be around $10,000, maybe $11,000 if someone loved it and appreciated everything done. Despite all the work done the car still has that 140,000 miles on it. The work completed won't bring much more value.

Kbb doesn't even apply unless your trading something in or buying at a dealership. Everyone knows that man

Sorry, you are quite incorrect. It is a very useful tool in many selling situations, especially 'private party'.
Here are some real world situations at present. This owner hasn't been able to move his at all in a long time. He'll most likely take $11,000 cash in a heartbeat and can't get it. $30,000 invested too.

or this 100,000 miles 2-owner beauty which only has a bid of $10,000 so far (I'm sure he will do better than that though):

Here is one that recently sold for $9,900. That's about right.

My dad just bought a 1999 m6 Corvette with 70,000 miles and zero issues, perfect paint, and only mods being a short throw shifter and Borla cat back for $13,000. Car sounds nice but if I could get one like my dads for $13,000 I would have a hard time giving $12,000 for one with 140,000. But it does sound like a nice car none the less

Sounds like a 10k car to me- a nice 10k car, but still a 10k car... and at 10k I'd buy it if it didn't have those mods, but with the mods someone probably won't care. I'd probably be compelled at 9k even with the mods
Quick sale- 8-9k, likely good price, 10k, High price, 11k
