Yeah, wrong site for Mustangs but since I own an '07 I will tell you that www.kbb.com 'private party' values would be quite close to real world pricing in your instance. Like here with the LS1 cars, the mods don't really add anything and the market for your modded car will be limited to younger males, a segment of the market that generally has little money. If you don't like KBB pricing, then ask whatever you want but don't expect to get it. You won't know unless you try. GLWS!!
