We are back at Muncie Dragway again today, this time with our yellow ZL1.

Fourth run of the day on a new car and we made it into the 10's.

10.935 seconds at 133.66 mph

I will post more info as the day goes on.

I will post a complete vehicle modifications list later as well. Basically the same as the red car plus some additional modifications (OD damper, CNC ported heads, LPE GT9 camshaft, low restriction race filter).

Now what should be our next target - 9's?

BTW - ignore the date and time, the track PC date and time are wrong (off by a day).

A couple more runs and we are deeper into the 10's.

10.794 seconds and 134.36 mph (see time slip below - still haven't fixed the date on the timeclock PC).

We made a few more runs after that and 134.95 was our best MPH and 10.794 stayed our best ET (for now).

We ran one run with the launch control turned on but I think a mismatch exists in the expected torque model due to the increased power output because the car really hesitated off the line, resulting in a 2.172 60' (the conventional launch 60' times were in the 1.66 to 1.78 range).

Nice start. Tuning issues are a bear sometimes.
