Default My 96 TA just died on me....?!

Last night I went up to my girls work and got out of the car, went inside, talked to her and walked to the car. As I was walking up to it, it cuts off? It wouldn't start back up, so I check the fuses and the ignition fuse is blown. I put another one in it and it does it again. Crank sensor codes are present (P0335) and it doesn't have spark? I am lost.

let's hope it's not the opti-spark...my lt1 did the same thing, and later found out that the opti went...does it turn over at all ????...or is it just dead, if it's just dead then it's not your opti...could also be a dead cell in the battery...again this happened to me...if your blowing fuses, then it's electrical...

try to google the code, i did...check for bad crankshaft sensor...just enter...po335.

If the crank sensor goes bad, you won't have any spark.

Check the ICM (Ignition control module)as they are prone to going bad on LT1's. That is usually an intermittent starting issue though.
