Corvette Performance - What do you guys think about this trade? My 04 GTO for a '98 Vette m6. pics inside

Im supposed to be trading a guy today for his corvette. He sais the engine was rebuilt about 30k miles ago and has receipts for it, and the transmission is new with 6k miles. Heres the link:

good looking car right? well the odometer sais 140k miles. It's also a 1998.

Im just wondering if Im making a wise decision in trading my 2004 gto a4 with 105k miles for it? Here it is:

If I decided to sell the vette, what could I get for it? is $13000 an un-thinkable number? I want your opinions please!

I think that's a good trade, especially since he has receipts for the major work. I have owned both an 04 GTO and 2 C5's, I loved my Goat but, the Vette gets way more looks and handles WAY better. Give it a thorough test drive and see what you think. I say if you don't need a backseat go for it.
