Shop used stock Camaro fenders and modified them using stock fender plastic from another GM vehicle and a plastic welder to make sure it was done right. Apparently they said they can do it again (and probably make tweaks here/there).

The front looks good, tech member austin with the ws6 fender flare thread is going to be selling wide fender flares.i think the front would look perfect if the wheel arch wasnt straight across, if he could round that line and make the rear the same way it will look great, close to the dh cars which we would all love to have

it was probably made flat over the tire for that car.....so it functions for the road coarse?

it would be nothing to form it rounder........its plastic.

is rounder even a word? lol.

looks good.

Yeah, the owner of the car also wanted it to be roundererer, but for some reason the body shop guy did the arch flat (nobody can figure out why... but it should be possible to do it arched). Since it was done completely for free (shop advertising) he felt like he couldn't/shouldn't complain.

Here is a pic. of how I added about a 2 inch flare to it.

From the looks of it with that amount of flare he added, in order to carry out the smooth transitional look, he would have had to carry it out to the bottom of the fender and the front bumber as well. He left it like a (U) shape instead of a (C) shape. The back looks just fine but who could blame him especially doing it for free lol.

From my 2010 camaro nose to 83' el camino swap, I can say that welding is the best method for plastics. Not sure what type of plastics are used in fenders, but thermo plastics can be reshaped with heat to a form( wood ok).Urethane supply company is the main place for plastic welding supplies. I used the steinel lcd controlled hot air gun. Backside of repair should be a little thicker as plastic ,unlike metal, is weaker after a weld due to not having molecular crossthreading the same as original.
