My friend (punishmentcycle) just got his car back on the road after he ate a piston and had to rebuild the motor so we decided to line them up and see where the chips fell.
2004 CTS-V - M6, stock displacement 9.8:1 forged motor, LS9 cam, stock LS6 heads, 1.9 liter Magnuson blower, full exhaust
476 rwhp, 460 rwtq
2009 G8 GT - A6, bolt-ons, full exhaust, 150 shot, drag radials

You should run him again from a lower roll... See if you can handle all that torque...lol
If i didn't have a V and know the low end issues i would go from a dig... that V might surprise ya.

My car doesn't spin ever from any mph, so a low roll or dig would be more than welcome The nitrous doesn't come on until 20 mph though, so some cars do get out on me off the line.
His V does have a beefed rear and axles, but he's on street tires so low rolls are out for now, but that could change at some point

Small blower, that thing is about maxed out the way it sits. Might be able to sneak another 20-25rwhp out of it but its getting out of its efficiency at that point and just building more heat. I always HATED the maggies ont he first gen Vs for that reason. You cant make great power with them.
