Anybody on here go to the Nelson Ledge Fun Days in Ohio? I am thinking about going to a couple this summer. Just curious how it is and if anybody is a regular. Thanks!

Yes, there are a few of us. If you haven't been on a road course, there is a first timers' class w/ instructor. Usually, drivers are separated into 2-3 groups depending on experience. Track condition itself is mediocre, but, cost is also relatively in-expensive compared to mid-Ohio & other area tracks.

All in all, it's a good time. Bring helmet, long sleeves, remove loose items in car & not required, but, a good idea, wear a neck ring. Add an extra quart of oil. True oil temp gauge will help, as well. Once she gets above 235*-240*F you'll want to run 15W-50 while on track. On track oil temps can elevate to 300*F.

Hmmm...maybe I haven't met you. Thought for sure we had. Anyway, am sure we will cross paths sooner or later; possibly @ Nelson.
