Generation IV External Engine - L92 Holley intake question

well just noticed after i swapped some 823 heads on from my recent trashed 5363 heads....i noticed a bolt hole or port? should i be worried at all?or normal?
my intake is a holley l92 102

Fire it up, Spray some quick start all around that hole and if the RPM changes? You have issues. If it doesnt? You probably fine but I can say from memory what that hole/cavity is for. It doesnt look like the port
