Fueling & Injection - What throttle body for non-elbow single plane intake

I guess I should have posted this here.

I just bought a GMPP single plane intake for my 5.3 truck motor with the bosses drilled for injectors and two fuel rails. I'm not going to run an elbow and want to mount a throttle body right on top like a carb would mount.

What type of throttle body will fit this application? I'm not looking for a race motor, just trying to keep a retro look.
I will be running a drive by cable setup.

I'm building a daily driver. I'd prefer more low end torque. It won't be a racecar.

Which size or what kind of throttle body would best fit this goal? I'll be running stock ls1 injectors on the intake. Other than the intake it'll be a stock 5.3 from a 2003 Silverado.

I'm afraid if I just pick one I may get one that's too big or too little.
