Generation III Internal Engine - weiand John lingenfelter intake worth $ and benefits over other models?

Found one of these locally on cl for 250. just asking if it would be worth picking up.

No. Even with porting and a 90m TB they still suck. They look good polished up though if your into that kind of thing. If you don't have an ls6 I would look into a bbk intake or a ls6 if you can find it for 300 or less
