my speedo i s reading wrong after six speed swap always reading 30mph is that a problem my tuner can fix or did i mess up my wiring?

Check the Vss sensor.
Also hook a scanner to see vehicle speed. If you see any speed with car stopped then you may have a problem.

A tune is required for a A4 to M6 swap, because the pulses per revolution are not the same between the two trans (40 vs 17 iirc), so a speedo adjustment is mandatory

Yes, a tuner can fix it very easily. I did mine on HPTuners after my a4-m6 swap.

cool well ill give him a call, its already been dynoed and reset for an m6 maybe he just forgot about the speedo??? just so its clear, stopped it does read zero, but when i drive its not reading correct mileage or speed, doesnt go higher that 30mph and thats not zero to 30 good, it zero straidht to thirty once i hit 40 45 or so lol

I d/l a factory 6m file from HPTuners registry onto my pcm as my car was just bolt ons at the time and it did not cost me anything.

Your tuner should be able to look at your tune and see if the VSS is set for 17 or 40. I know after I did my swap, when I was running 70, it only showed about 35-40mph, until I swapped files on my pcm. The t56 gives off 17 pulses per revolution where as the 4L60E gives off 40.
