General Maintenance & Repairs - Lost manual..how many quarts of oil?

I just bought a 2002 T/A and the previous owner didnt have the owners manual. I'm changing the oil and completely forgot how many quarts to refill with....if i remember right from my old LS1 it was 6...is that right?

im running 6 quarts in mine

5.5 always put me right in the middle of the run marks. I always put 6.

agree with others ^ 6 quarts in mine also mine due mine consumes about half a quart every 4500 miles
