I really want to buy this tire, but the MT site says this 275/60/15 fits up to a 9.5 wheel. Can I safely put these on 15x10s? I really don't want to buy a wheel smaller than 10" assuming this kick *** tire will offer wider sizes in the future.

I'm going to try the 295 mt's for my 15x10 race star rims if that helps.

If you look at the cars at a 275 class race you will find 10" rims on most cars. That should tell you what you want to know but I know they will not recommend rims that wide for street use but I think thats mostly because 10" is wider then dot standards for a 275 tire.

That's why I'm going with a 295 instead of 275, since I'm driving my car to and from the track. and i don't think you have to mod alot to get those to fit like a 315/325 tire.
