Today was the first day I got to take my Trans Am to the track. Only other thing I have raced was a 89 chevy c1500 stepside 5spd with a 5.7 at 17.2ish....about 7 yrs ago.
I didnt think I did to bad for a 99 A4 Lid and Catback with 134xxx miles, and I weigh something like 230lbs too.

First run was the best of the day, didnt charge the converter at the line, let of brake and hammered it....well with that reaction time I must have thought about it, scratched my head, then hammered it.
Second run was with my buddy, he is shy of 200lbs, and I tried getting to about 1200 rpm at the line before I launched.
Third was right after the second, made it back up to the staging area and they let me run again before the DOT class was closed, so no cool down period and charged it again. Me only in the car.
Overall though, I dont think the 13.57 is bad for the first time, hopefully I can work on it and get it down some, possibly with a better 60ft.
Im working on getting the videos up, ill post them as soon as I can.
EDIT: Just calc the DA for the day
Density Altitude: -46 feet
Relative Density: 100.13 %
