Generation III External Engine - Keep getting P0134 after having headers off.

I had my headers off to install my heads/cam. (241s and torquer 2) and now I keep getting a no activity on bank 1 sensor 1. I replaced the sensor and still have the code. What could be causing this?

Fixed it. One of the prongs inside the 02 extension was bent not letting it connect.
