Default EWP Rebuildable?

Im having an issue with my CSR or CSI water pump. I just put it back on the car after doing my EFI 24x swap and now when i first turn the key to i can here the pump running as if it has no fluid going through it or its hitting something inside the housing. Its got fluid and isnt getting hot but the the sound is pissing me off. Its still running so i know its working just thinking the impeller has come a touch loose and its hitting the housing. Is it possible to rebuild one or tighten the impeller?

Thanks

I believe the impeller is held on by a set screw which can come loose

I called them about a year ago, the price was around $130 for a rebuild.
