Default Is $1400 a good price for ported fast 90 with nick williams tb included?

As the title states. I have a brand new ls6 intake in the box never installed yet. I found a ported fast 90 with nick Williams tb included for $1400. Is this a good deal? I'm thinking about selling the ls6 and getting this. If I did what modifications would I have to make with this set up. Will stock fuel rails work? Can I use the same GM coolant pipes that I bought with the ls6?

It will bolt right on using the ls6 coolant pipes and stock fuel rails, but that price is really high.

Intake is worth about $500-700 depending on condition and who ported it and tb ~$200 bare, maybe $250-300 with sensors if they are in excellent shape.

I can't ever find a good deal on one of these. That's why I bought the ls6 back in October and its still in the box haha. If anyone knows where one is in good condition id like to buy one. I'd be willing to sell the ls6 if so, its brand new

I want the 90 if I can get one. Don't you have to change the fuel rails and everything with the 102?

For $1400 you should be able to get a brand new FAST 102, brand new FAST TB, and brand new FAST fuel rail kit.....

Idk ill have to check more into the 102s I guess. Seems like overkill for a bolt on car only. Maybe I should just keep the ls6 since bolt ons is all I have right now

My personal opinion is that if you can't find a good deal on a used setup, I would just use the ls6.

By good deal I mean ~$700 for intake and tb or whatever else you need. Any more than that and "bang for buck" is out the window. The exception being on a head/cam/full bolt on max effort car.

In your shoes, I would install the ls6 you already have and be happy.

Another option I'm considering is having my ls6 modified with the 90mm snout. How would this compare to a fast 90 and would it be worth it?

I'll prolly just keep the ls6 unless somebody knows of a fast 90 or 92 anywhere for a good price. Willing to trade the ls6 too if that helps

Vengeance gives the option of a 92/102 when your ordering and it will be about the same price with fuel rails. For the money I'd put it toward a nice 228 cam setup.

Very common misconception..... A 102mm intake and 92mm Tb will work great on your car and will make pretty decent gains without any losses. It makes 10-15hp over an LS6, even on a totally stock engine.
