Boardwalk Nationals in Wildwood, NJ (May 10-13th) Anyone here going? We were going to head to the OC, MD show the weekend after, but have a scheduling conflict. Here's the info for this show:

East Coast Boardwalk Nationals Car Show
20th Anniversary this year! Cars displayed on the Wildwoods Boardwalk from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Cars on display Thursday night at the Tangiers, Cape Cod and Doo Wop Coffee Shop on Sweet Briar and Atlantic Avenues, and Friday night at Juan Pablo's on Garfield and Pacific Avenues. Open to all makes and models, including custom, imports, tuners, trucks, classics, street rods, and modified. Trophy Classes include Top 40, Ladies Choice, Best Engine, Best Paint, Best of Show, Hi/Low Competition, Most Likely to Get Pulled Over, Club Participation Award, Lowest Car, and Top Gun. 609.523.8051 or http://www.ThunderMoto.com. I used to go all the time but have not been there in a few years. My g/f has never been to any of the Wildwood shows, so she's looking forward to it. We're in downtown WW not far from the Convention Center.

The show itself wasn't horrible, but everything else SUCKED. It happened to be Prom/Senior Weekend so it was a bunch of underage kids drinking and smoking weed .. everywhere. Not to mention their parents doing the same. I'll post photos from the boardwalk later this week.

Yep, the September show is usually decent. I'm just doing OC, MD next year. We planned to do it this year but my buddy and his fiancee are having their bachelor and bachelorette parties this weekend, so we had to change plans. I miss the "old Wildwood"...
