I finally got these put on. I had the RE050's and compared to these the 760's are alot better. I could smoke the RE050's through an intersection by my house on an 80 degree day. With the 760's I went through the same intersection on a 60 degree day and they seemed alot sticker because they kept grabbing and only spun them about 2/3rds-3/4's of the way. On a frontage road by my house they RE050's would understeer and squeel a lot. With the 760's there was a lot less understeer and barely any squeeling. I recommend looking at these tires if you are looking for a summer only tire. I paid $725.00 for the set out the door. I replaced 2 RE050's 3 years ago and they cost $650.00 A set of RE050's are $1200.00 otd and Pole postion S04's are $875.00 otd.

I liked the 760s (Summer Performance) when I had them. But for me and my driving the Kumo LX Platinum tire was a better choice (Summer Sport/Performance Touring). Traction isnt as good but last way longer.

My Kumo's are still running strong with plenty of tread left

My buddy had 760's on his Camaro a few years ago, and we both thought they were good tires. I've got S04's on the back of the GXP, and they'll be replacing the Conti DWS' on the front in a few thousand miles.
