Manual Transmission - spec stage 3 clutch?

Ok so is there anything different about the install on this clutch? Also do i really even need this clutch i am about to do an sts rear mount kit probably only going to run about 5-7psi. Just wondering if i even need the stage 3 or will the stage 2 do just fine?

stage would prob be just fine, might consider looking at the ram powergrip as well.
