So my old bumper cover is OEM and in good shape except for the paint. If I can get the paint off I can probably sell it to recoup some of my money. Is the SEM Urethane Bumper Stripper the easiest way to get the old paint off?

From my experience with the new oily bumper plastics, it,s best to leave any factory adhered paint as a primer coat, as plastics can be hard to properly adhere to.

the paint has all cracks in it that is why i got a new bumper. I want to clean up the old one so i can sell it.
