Cadillac CTS-V - 03 STS center console

Is it the same as 05 Vs? The pic looks the same, trying to make sure.

You need the standard CTS center console if you are looking for added storage and a higher arm rest.

Does it bolt right up and are there any other differences?

Two plastic circular tabs at back, and 2 allen key bolts. Bolts right up. I took mine off my old 03 and have it in my V.
