Appearance & Detailing - removed Decal on back window

I removed a large decal on the back convertible glass window and all the adhesive but I can still see where the decal was. How can I bring the window back to new again?

That might look pretty cool .. like a ghost effect. What type of decal did you have? maybe you could buff it out

You can polish it out. I use my Porter Cable and glass polish.

I'll try the glass polish and buffer, the decal said Pontiac Racing with the flags about 14" long, still see the decal in the glass where the decal was on for so long, I'll try buffing.
