Wheels & Tires - will they leave a mark?

The p/o put bang on wheel weights on the front lips of my factory chrome wheels. If I remove them do you think they will leave a mark after I clean up the area?

Could, i always have mine put, on the inside,how long have they been on, usally the will build up brake dust over time,but if they have just been put on i would have them remove them

bought it like this. i always used stick ons. The wheels are not perfect, a few areas of chrome peeling so I will prob leave it.
