98 SS, just recently notice that rear sits 1/2 to 3/4 inch lower on pass side. Also driver side wheel sticks out about 1/2 to 3/4 further than pass side....sooooo its 1/2 to 3/4 inch off up & down + left & right. Its never really rode great out back + has always had some vibration. Replaced carrier bearings about 6 mo ago. Noise is gone but vibration isn't. Not sure what to make of this or even where to start in getting it fixed/ realigned. ALL expert advise appreciated!!

Sounds like a panhard rod issue! Installing an adjustable panhard bar will allow you to shorten the bar and bring the rearend to the correct position, this should also take care of your ride height problem at the same time, but it may also be another issue.
What work have you done with the suspension currently?

Car has non-adjustable PHR & LCA's, stock shocks & springs, stock sway bar.

If you're going to replace the PHR, I would just go for a Watts Link if $ allows...
Stock shocks? Replace them (Bilsteins or Koni SAs if $ allows)! How many mi. on them?
I would phone Seņior Strano... ;)
