Default Bone stock 2013 Nissan GT-R runs 10.8s at @ 125MPH

We took our new 2013 Nissan GT-R that we tested a month ago back to Palm Beach International Raceway for some more testing. With better weather and some more miles on the car we were able to consistently run well into the 10′s with Nissan’s latest and greatest. The quickest run of the night was a 10.87 @ 125.26 MPH with 0-60 MPH coming up in just 2.7 seconds and a 60-130 MPH time of 8.89 seconds (VBOX). Peak G forces on the launch were 1.3 G’s.

The little extra power and torque of the 2013 Nissan GT-R along with the updated LC5 Launch Control system clearly shows when compared against the 2012 we tested last year which had a best time of 11.07 @ 124 MPH. Take a look at the timeslips, pictures and video below.

Wow.

0-60 in 2.7 sounds like a good time.

1. That is impressive
2. The ZR1 driver is fired!
3. This embarrases everyone who mods their car and is slower than 10.87 (Including me)
4. I wish I could afford a Nissan GT-R. lol

Great run, but Im a Chevy guy! Love the car tho. Cant afford either car so I have a 1981Turbo TA that has a junkyard LQ4, and GT45 turbo. That will run 10.80s. 1% of the cost great car!

1.6 60 ft consistently on street tires that is impressive. The 2013 GT-R is a bargain supercar.

Geez, so many haters in this thread. Give credit where credit is due. GT-Rs are sick, sick cars.

For the money (if your wanting the best street car) the GT-R is where its at. 100K from Nissan and with about 85K in it you can beat anybody on the streets. If I had the money I would have a Z06 and a GT-R but If I only had enough for one it would be the GT-R.

if you have ever ridden in both cars, you would choose the gtr way nicer interior, and it handles better.

Those rims and tires look abit fishy to me, like lightweight 18inch volk's on maybe some dr's??

Even if so for a 2013 gtr 10.8 at 125 even on lightweight rims and dr's, gets a nod of badass in my book, **** esp after paying that price tag, hell it better run 10's sheeeeeiiit!!

I think those are stock optional wheels (maybe spec-v, but idk). There are 2 in my town with the same exact wheels...

Those are the OEM black edition wheels. The car in the video is a bone stock 2013 Nissan GT-R black edition on OEM Brigdestone Potenzas. The car is 100% stock.
