Default Do you bolt in "weld on" LCA brackets first?

I have some "weld on" LCA brackets and I'm wondering if you bolt them on first, or are they strictly weld up the first time? The only real difference between them and the "bolt on" ones looks to be some additional part that must bolt to the frame or something... I'd have to get under the car to check for sure. Anyone know for sure?

I would put some bolts through it, just for the purpose of lining it up correctly.

I did the exact same thing, bolt everything up so it is line up correctly, and then weld them in

Thanks guys! I see that I cannot install them at the house and drive to a shop to get them welded in either...
