Yuck. Murdered out cars are nasty, in my opinion. They needs to be some offset.

Matte black is the easy way out.

It looks good some times, and it looks bad alot of the time.

The paint on my lt1 has gone to hell. I figured before I fork out a ton of money for a nice paint job I am going to shoot it myself with Jon Deere Blitz Black for less than $100. If is a matte finish with some pearl mixed in it. You can change his glossy it is with the amount of hardner/activator you use.

While i haven't seen it in person, it looks really nice in pictures. Especially if the car is curvy

Thanks guys for the pics, I accidentally said matte black. Sometimes I get confused with the american terms. What i meant to say was Satin black. Its like matte but with a small touch of glowness/gloss to it lol.

I saw a 350z with flat black carbon fiber wrap - it looked awesome.
I'm thinking of doing it to my Z28

Matte black on modern cars looks like ****, Paul jr designs took a brand new 5th gen and painted the already great looking gloss black and made it look like **** by spraying it matte. My buddy had some body damage on his 97 z28 and painted it matte and its not quite the car it was. Matte black is a poor fad thats quickly gonna fade away.
