He hasnt raced his LT1 base setup in a long time...

Steve did great and by his 3rd pass he was going 11.70's@116 ALL MOTOR
INTO A 20MPH HEADWIND ALL DAY

Once we felt good on the chassis and converter stall we sprayed the car to a 10.57@129.58 again into a 20MPH HEADWIND...

Car ran perfectly all day...

We r going to address a tps switch, new line lock button and add a better catch can to the car and get her out again..

What was the the ave D/A today, def was cold in CT, could imaging it was some of the best air for late April if the wind was not a factor.

I never checked it but it was in the 50's, HORRIBLE WIND, overcast, drizzle here and there early and spots of sun threwout the day....Atco was not its usual mineshaft air today...Alot of guys were off .2 to .4 and the hook (prep) wasnt all that great for a rental?

At Atco WIND is ALWAYS a concern, they built Atco into the wind not with it ;)

I remember that car from YEARS ago, definitely one of the better running LT1 F-bodies in the area, congrats to Steve. :cheers:
