Default Liscense Issue?

Im tunning a car for a guy and I purchased just the two GM credits. Read the file, applied the credits to that file, rewrote the tune and saved the file. I go to rewrite calibration and begin the rewrite and it brings up the credit page saying I need to purchase two credits for a VCM enhancement, and of course the next option is 20 credits for unlimited tuning for gen 3 vehicles. Any ideas on what I can do to get this rewrite going? I know if the file didnt have credits applied to it I wouldnt be able to save. Please any help would be great!

Possibly Tuner locked? If so how do you get around that?

You need to license the custom operating system thats been applied to the pcm, otherwise you should be able to flash the vehicle using the STOCK operating system( you would need to get this from the previous tuner).
