I have a PAracing tubular k-member that is bent/tweeked the bolt holes don't line up by about half an inch to and inch. is there anywhere that can straighten it out or can i get the holes to line up and not have any alignment issues?

Have to talked to PAracing? I wouldnt just go heating it up and bending it to fit. PA could maybe put it in the jig, find the bent section and try to replace the bent tube?

If I can ask, what caused the bend in the K-Member?

It would have to go back on a jig to be repaired correctly IMO.
