Just the 2 pipes off my collectors to the marge will be that size, everything else will be 3inch

Agreed with Whistler; doing something that size is usually best accomplished with u-bands, pieced together and welded. You could also try Torque Tech; they do full exhaust systems for older muscle cars up t0 3-1/2 inch diameter, so they might have something for you.

3" mandrel benders are very expensive, there's nobody in brevard county that would put up the money for one, hell we didnt even have one at the space center,

cutting and welding's the best way to go,

We have a mandrel bender and can build sick shit - stainless or mild - doesn't matter. Tough when you're 3 hours away though!

Yes, we have some nice stuff here. I think there is only 1 or two others here in South Florida (that I know of).

I don't know anybody in the central FL area who would pony up for the dies to do 3"
