Since you already have ls6 heads, I would look into some aftermarket heads like AFR's or Trickflows.

The Trex wasn't really designed for LS3 heads. It will make power but it will make better power with a cam designed for rectangular port heads. Check into EPS cams. Geoff is the shop owner and he was co-owner of Thunder Racing and he is the guy who devolped the Trex when he was at Thunder. He just recommended a cam for bmw5388 on here that is 230/242 for his 370.

yeah i was acutally speaking with bmw5388 thru PMs and he has been helping me out also. I am not looking to change out the cam so it will have to be heads that work well with the Trex, I will contact Geoff, thanks!!

Well you fall in the same boat then as far as heads since you don't want to change the cam. I would look into some TFS 215's

yeah i bought the car setup as it is, and if i can find a good set of heads to match the trex i will. i dont want to have to change the cam out etc. i love this cam it screams and sounds nasty. i will look into the TFS 215s

Get the 215's if you don't plan on upgrading for quite a while. The 225's might make your 370 a little lazy on the bottom end since you have a 6 speed. if you plan on going bigger later get the 225

I don't see how. That head is for a 4 inch or larger bore. You still have an LS1 right?

Yup, and needing heads for the right bore is why I'm here lol because the ls6 heads are the same problem for me

AFR 205's or Trickflow 215's would be your best bet for a stock cube ls1. The only other thing I might try is a set of Advanced Induction LS6 heads. Their porting program has produced some bad ass results from a stock casting head.
